Answer-8: Protection Four Security Services security officers submit fingerprints to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Justice (DOJ) for a criminal background check. Additionally, Protection Four Security conducts frequent criminal record checks and random drug testing. Job performance and on-site behavior are constantly monitored by our private investigation division.

Answer-9: Protection Four Security offers a free Guard Scan system and two free supervisory visits per eight-hour shift at our sites. Our officers must send an alert signal to our 24-hour dispatcher every half hour during their assigned post and/or shift. Our security officers are held accountable to frequently patrol sensitive spots of the property and to provide detailed activity reports for each shift. Security consultants will frequently seek the client’s feedback on past performance and adjust the services accordingly.

Answer-10: Protection Four Security Services assigns a security account manager and a team of field supervisors to each client. The security manager will be the point of contact in case our client’s needs change or they need to make changes to their service. Our field operations supervisors are available 24 hours a day to respond to requests and emergencies. Answer-12: We provide trained, certified, licensed and extensively screened armed and unarmed guards for commercial, industrial and residential properties.

Question-13: What new technology does Protection Four use?

Answer-13: We use a computerized system called Deggy that allows our clients to track security guards on an hourly basis. In addition, tools such as computerized digital photos and videos and a variety of tracking software allow Protection Four to remain on the cutting edge of security technology. We also review our technology to ascertain whether any new technology might be helpful to protect our clients’ assets.

Question-14: How long are your contracts for?

Answer-14: Both long term and short term contract. Our contracts are usually on a month to month basis.

Question-16: Are your rates competitive?

Question-17: What type of uniform do your guards wear?

Answer-17: Each of our guards wears a black jacket and black slacks, with a black, long-sleeved shirt in the winter and a white shirt in the summer. We can provide a suit-tie depending on the assignment and post requirements.

Question-18: What type of equipment do your guards carry?

Answer-18: Each of our guards carries a duty belt which includes a set of handcuffs, a flashlight, and a Deggy holder. Additional equipment is supplied depending on the client’s request and the nature of the tasks. See FAQ for more.

Question-19: Is the same guard always assigned to my account or do you rotate them?

Answer-19: Our operation’s policy is to assign the same guards to the same accounts. Should a client requests that we rotate the guards, we are happy to comply.
